Since the birth of township enterprises,they have made enormous contributionsin a great many aspects, such as providing large quantities of jobs for extra labor,and promoting thelasting,stable and fast development of rural economy,and the whole national economy aswell.However,with nationa leconomy developing wide- rangedly,township entemrises are encountering tough problems inside and outside,which surely leave them in a poor condition. This paper lays more emphases on deeply- rooted factors,probingthe ways out efficiently.
