海南农产品出口基地建设初探

农业是海南经济发展的支柱产业之一。海南农产品出口比重低,竞争力弱,与海南作为我国最重要的热带农产品生产基地极不相称,建立农产品出口基地已势在必行。本文系统地分析了海南农产品出口基地建设的必要性与可行性,提出了农产品出口基地建设的布局设想,并指出了相应的保障措施。

Probing into Hainan agriculture export basement construction

Agriculture is one of the pillar industries for the economic development of Hainan.Both the low proportion of agricultural exports and the weak competitiveness do not match with that Hainan as the most important production base of tropical agricultural products.Therefore,it is imperative to establish the exported agricultural base.This paper systematically analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building the exported agricultural base in Hainan,and it also introduces the layout idea about the exported agricultural base and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures.
