| 摘 要： | 发展企业集团是推进国有企业改革和发展的重大举措.我国企业普遍缺乏规模效益,产业集中度低,竞争力不强,积极发展企业集团势在必行.发展企业集团要以企业为主体,以提高企业竞争力为目的,力求积极稳妥,循序渐进,审慎规范,扎实有效.

| Abstract: | Developing enterprisinggroup is an important measure to push forward the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. The enterprises in our country universally lacked scale benefits with low industrial concentration ratio and weak competitiveness that it is imperative to actively develop the enterprise groups. To develop the enterprise groups, it must take enterprise as subject, competitiveness as objective to try to push safely, follow in proper sequence, regulate scrupulouslywith firm effect. |
