| 摘 要： | 以既定系统能力为前提，探寻成本约束下公共系统最佳服务半径的决定因素和决定方式；基于系统自身运行状态对公共系统服务半径进行了数学描述；并考虑服务需求时间特征的影响，利用时间满意度函数进行修正和补充，构建了基于需求时间特征的公共系统服务半径优化模型，探寻服务能力和用户需求的最佳匹配过程。算例进一步给出了公共系统服务半径优化的步骤，讨论了邮政服务系统的最优覆盖区域问题。

| Abstract: | An optimum service radius ofinfrastructure system in the condition oftime satisfaction,is in fact a study of the optimum matching process of service capacity and customer demand in two points of view:the characters of a infrastmture (service) system and its demand. Under the premise of service system's vested capability,the paper first of all explores all the factors and the ways that influencing its service radius, explains the optimum service radius of a city infrastructure system with a mathematical model,and ulteriorly discusses the optimized covering issues ofthe post service system. |
