| 摘 要： | 泛北部湾经济合作催生了中国-东盟沿海区域合作新路径。泛北部湾是泛珠三角对接东盟,进而融入全球经济的最便捷、最重要的海上通道。泛珠三角与泛北部湾合作对接的可行性在于地缘关系的紧密性、交通条件的通达性、资源禀赋的互补性、经济状况的层次性、产业结构的梯度性等特点。共谋合作,促进泛珠三角与泛北部湾的互动发展,就要共同建设海上通道,推进交通对接;共同优选重点领域,推进产业对接;共同打造服务平台,推进机制对接。

| Abstract: | Economic cooperation in Pan-Beibu Gulf promotes the new cooperative paths for China-ASEAN littoral regions.Pan-Beibu Gulf is the most convenient and important sea passage for Pan-Pearl Delta to joint ASEAN and enter global economy.Pan-Pearl Delta could likely cooperate and joint with Pan-Beibu Gulf because of close region relation,convenient traffic,complementary resources,different level of economic status,ladder industrial structure,and so on.To cooperate and promote the mutual development of Pan-Peal Delta and Pan-Beibu Gulf,we should jointly construct sea passage for traffic joint,select key fields for industrial joint,as well as set up a service platform for mechanism joint. |
