| 摘 要： | 发展、壮大县域经济是中国经济发展到新的阶段的战略性选择,是实现城乡经济协调发展的重要载体。农业产业化现代化、农村工业化与城镇化,是发展、壮大县域经济的产业支撑和重要载体。为了促进县域经济的健康发展,必须深化户籍制度、就业制度、财政体制、投资体制以及金融体制改革。
