| Abstract: | As government's reform for payments classification deepens,a higher demand has been proposed for the management of department budget.In this article,the author discusses about how to monitor the budget operation effectively,and points out the solutions to correctly evaluate the budget operation afterwards.The ways to increase the efficiency of budget management has also been discussed. |
