农村非农化的村落特色及其启示--以浙江省义乌市后乐村为个案

文章考察了浙江义乌后乐村建国50年来的非农经济变迁，透视了其非农化的村落特点：(1)以个私经济为主体的村落非农经济产权结构；(2)以商业经济为中心的村落非农经济发展格局；(3)内源性的村落非农经济发展过程；(4)开放式的村落非农经济发展模式。在此基础上，提出了关于村落经济结构现代性变迁的一些理论思考。

The Characteristics of Non- agriculturization in Villages and Its Enlightenment--A Case Study of Houle Village in Yiwu City of Zhejiang Province

This paper investigates into the evolution of non-agricultural economy in Houle Village since the foundation of our country, and analyzes the characteristics of non-agriculturization in villages. The characteristics are as follows: (1) The structure of the village's non-agricultural economic property rights with private-owned economy as its principal part. (2) The development pattern of the village's non-agricultural economy centered on commercial economy. (3) The development process of endogenous non-agricultural economy in the village. (4) The development mode of opening non-agricultural economy in the village. What's more, the paper advances some reflections on the theories about modern evolution of village's economy structure.
