基于TMS320F2812的高频加热电源研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于TMS320F2812的全数字高频感应加热电源,将斩波调压调功控制方式用于系统中,电源采用串联谐振型逆变器,以IGBT作为功率开关器件,以DSP作为主控芯片,进行功率闭环控制和数字锁相控制,从而实现了功率的自动调整和频率快速跟踪控制。实验结果表明,电源系统的抗干扰能力强、实时性和稳定性好、开关损耗小、调功范围大,具有较好的发展和应用前景。

Abstract:The paper presented an all-digital high-frequency induction-heated-power based on TMS320F2812.The control mode of chopper power adjustment was applied in this system.The power adopted series resonant inverter and the system used IGBT as the power switching device,DSP as the main control-chip to realize power closed-loop control and digital phase-locked control.The system achieved the automatic power adjustment and fast track control of frequency.The experimental results showed that the power system has such advantages as strong anti-jamming,good real-time and stability as well as the small loss of switch and wide adjustment range,which had good development and application prospects.
