我国私营企业劳资冲突的原因及对策

摘    要:我国私营企业劳资关系比较紧张,时有冲突发生。从国家政策法规、企业治理制度和职工自身三个方面看,引起劳资冲突的原因较多,今后要从宏观政策和微观制度相配合上采取一些具体措施,来缓和私营企业的劳资冲突。

Abstract:Frequent conflicts between labor and capital in private enterprise of our country shows a bad relation. From policy and law, corporate governance system and employees themselves, there are many reasons of conflicts. Cooperating macro-policies and micro-systems, we should take some measures to decrease conflicts.
