我国福利企业发展面临的困境及对策研究

福利企业在解决残疾人就业过程中发挥了重要作用,但是在市场经济和经济结构调整的新环境下,福利企业发展面临安置残疾职工成本不断提高,兴办福利企业准入条件过高等诸多问题。要改善福利企业发展面临的困境,我们需从培育福利企业发展的良好外部环境,加强政府主体责任,提升自身的市场竞争能力等方面做出努力。

The Straits and Countermeasures in the Development of China Welfare Enterprises

Welfare enterprises play an important role in solving disabled person employment,but in the new environment of the economic structure adjustments,the development of welfare enterprises are facing many problems: the cost rising of disabled employee arrangement,the high entry of founding welfare enterprise.In order to improve the facing straits of welfare enterprises,we need to make some efforts in the following items: to cultivate the favorable external environment,to strengthen the government responsibility and to enhance the competitiveness of welfare enterprise itself,and so on.
