摘    要:后危机时代,我国家族企业将进入代际传承高峰期。代际传承往往是企业生命周期中的危险期。因此,未来家族企业需要在传承前优化制度设计,完善产权制度、成立家族委员会、制定家族章程;在传承中做好策略选择,尽早制订传承计划、创新传承方式、优化培养方式;在传承后加强危机应对,"送上马,扶一程",帮助接班人应对信任危机、管理危机和经营危机,实现企业基业顺利传承。

Abstract:In post-crisis era,Chinese family business will enter the inter-generational transmission peak period.Intergenerational transmission is often the risk of corporate life cycle period.Therefore,family business needs to optimize system design,such as improving the system of property rights,setting up a family committee,constracting a family constitution before the transmission;It also needs to develop transmission plans,innovate the mode of transmission,optimize the training method in the transmission.After the transmission,entrepreneurs need to help the successor to deal with the confidence crisis,management crisis and operation crisis.
