我国企业“走出去”进军海外投资的政治风险及对策研究

随着改革开放不断深入,我国企业实力不断增强,开始走向国际市场,充分利用"两个市场、两种资源",服务于国内经济的发展。在巨大市场的推动力和各级政府的支持下,我国企业正在加速他们的国际扩张,纷纷"走出去"进军海外投资。但是自2008年的金融危机之后,我国企业明显放慢"走出去"进军海外投资的发展步伐。我国企业"走出去"进军海外投资过程中不仅要面临来自市场的各类风险,同时也不断遭遇各种政治风险。了解、关注、分析我国企业"走出去"进军海外投资过程中面临的各类政治风险,并且制定正确的应对、防范对策很有必要。

Research on Political Risks of Chinese Enterprises to Go out and Enter the Overseas Investment and Measures

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises have increased their strength and,begin to enter the international market,make full use of the "two markets and two resources" to serve the domestic economic development.With the driving force in the huge market and the central and local government support,Chinese enterprises are accelerating their international expansion,"going out" in succession,marching toward overseas investment.But since the 2008 financial crisis,Chinese enterprises apparently rein in the "going out",pace of development of overseas investment.Chinese enterprises overseas investment process not only face all kinds of risks from the market,but also encountered a variety of political risk.Understanding,concerning,analysing of all kinds of political risk in the process of China’s enterprises "going out",marching toward overseas investment,making the correct response,and taking preventive measures are necessary.
