城市人居环境建设与经济协调发展关系研究——以大连市为例

采用主成分分析和模糊数学分析法,对1995年～2009年大连市人居环境建设和经济发展之间的协调发展关系进行了实证分析。结果显示,大连市人居环境建设与城市经济发展之间的协调发展过程经历了由中等协调到优质协调,再到中度协调的过程,城市在发展经济的同时注重人居环境建设,非但没有影响城市经济增长,反而显著提升了城市的综合竞争力,有力地促进了城市的经济增长,因此,坚持发展经济和人居环境建设并重是实现城市长期可持续发展的正确思路。

Research on the Coordination between Economic Development and Environment Construction: A Case Study of Dalian
