| 摘 要： | 本文认为,随着新经济环境的变化,现代企业所面临的风险向更广范围、更深层次的方向发展,企业财务安全和财务稳定已成为企业管理当局追求的重要目标。建立财务预警机制及防范系统对企业财务活动进行跟踪、监控,及早发现警情信号,有利于企业管理当局分析与监控企业财务危机。
