| 摘 要： | 在国内高校被普遍采用的图书预约系统对读者以及对提高图书的利用率都是有益的,但系统仍存在一些缺陷。文章结合我校图书信息中心预约系统资料数据,借助数学模型,对图书预约系统服务效果进行评价并提出改进建议。

| Abstract: | Reservation system in domestic colleges and universities are generally helpful to readers as well as to improving the book utilization,but the system still has some shortcomings.This article,combined with the reservation system data of library information center in our college,evaluated the effectiveness of the reservation system service and made recommendations with mathematical model. |
