Construction of a Learning Party in University

Based on elaborating the content of learning party,combined with the practical experience for creating a learning party,this paper summed up the learning party building system with the fusion of the spirit and behavior of "establishing the concept of learning,clearing learning objectives,organizing scientific learning content,establishing and improving the learning mechanism".
