浅谈矿山环境的综合性治理方案的实施

随着社会经济的发展,环境问题越来越突出。据统计,人类对环境的破坏每15年左右翻一番。而自然也对人类进行了报复,水土流失、"沙尘暴"现象、水体污染、草场退化、地面变形、采矿废石占地效应等愈来愈严重,采矿引起的一系列矿山环境问题不仅威胁到人民生命财产安全,而且严重影响和制约着经济的发展,也引发了一系列社会问题和矛盾,近年来,地质环境和生态系统问题已逐渐受到人们的重视,科学开发矿产资源与保护生态环境已经成为人们的共识。各国的学者已围绕地质—生态环境恶化问题进行了大量的探索研究(常发强,1997),取得了一些可喜的成果。本文主要针对矿山环境的综合治理方案的实施进行了探讨。

Implementation of Comprehensive Mine Environment Governance Program

Along with the socio-economic development,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.According to statistics,the human destruction of the environment doubled every 15 years.And nature also has revenge on human,such as soil erosion,sandstorm,water pollution,pasture degradation,ground deformation,and mining waste stone.Environment problem caused by mining not only threat to people's life and property security,also serious effects and constraints with economic development,and raises a series of social problem and contradictions.In recent years,geological environment and ecological system problem has gradually attracted people's attention.It has become people's consensus to scientifically develop mineral resources and protect ecological environment.National scholars have made a large number of researches on the geological-ecological environmental degradation(Chang Faqiang,1997),and there have been some encouraging results.The article discusses the implementation of comprehensive mine environment governance program.
