摘    要:钻井过程中溢流的及时发现,将为排除溢流、重建压力平衡赢得宝贵时间,大大降低二次井控的难度。目前国内外监测溢流的方法很多,主要包括井口导管液面监测技术、钻井液流量计监测技术、改进流量监测技术、随钻环空压力测量监测技术、立压套压监测技术以及声波监测技术。本文在对比分析上述各种溢流监测方法的优势与不足的基础上,结合不同钻井方式溢流的特点,推荐了相应的早期溢流监测方法;并针对目前国内早期溢流监测技术的不足,提出改进意见。对早期溢流监测方法的选择和早期溢流监测方法的进一步研究具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract:The rapid detection of early kick will win valuable time for the kick's preclude and the reconstruction of pressure balance in the drilling process,which greatly reduce the risk of secondary well control.At present,there are many methods for the rapid detection of early kick,mainly including wellhead catheter liquid level monitoring,drilling fluid flow meter monitoring,differential flow out monitoring technology,Standpipe and Discharge Pressure monitoring,and acoustic monitoring technology.Based on the contrast of the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and the analysis of characteristics of influx of different drilling ways,the corresponding early kick monitoring methods are recommended.And improvement opinions for the domestic insufficient were also suggested.The results of this study will have certain guide and reference value for the further research of fast and accurate detection of early kick.
