| 摘 要： | 文章通过对效率优先的先决条件,效率与公平的内在逻辑关系及中国目前效率与公平现状的分析,认为效率必须通过公平这一先决条件来获得,而效率与公平之间并不存在谁先谁后的关系,二者是共生和互动的。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the preconditions to give priority to efficiency,the inner logics between efficiency and justice and the current situation of efficiency and justice in China.The author holds the idea that efficiency can be achieved only by placing justice in a prior position and there is no such relation that efficiency or justice is more important.In the author's opinion,they are equal and they can co-exist and interact with each other. |
