| 摘 要： | 随着中小券商挑起"佣金战",一线大型券商被迫应战,加入降佣大军,形成恶性循环。应当通过对其历史及经验的研究,分析佣金战的原因,挖掘佣金战的根源,进而通过行之有效的手段改变证券公司被动的局面,优化业务结构,开拓新市场,进入良性循环;同时,促进佣金制度的科学发展,维护整个行业及投资者的利益。

| Abstract: | Since small and medium-sized securities traders provoke the commission war,the first-line large securities traders are forced to fight.With the decrease of commission,a vicious cycle occurs.This article analyses the reasons of the commission war based on the research of its history and experience.Furthermore,it provides some effective methods to change the passive situation for the securities companies so that they can optimize business structure,develop new market and enter a benign circle.Finally,it suggests that it is essential to promote the scientific development of commission and safeguard the interests of the entire industry and the investors. |
