摘    要:在市场经济条件下,企业中有赢得顾客,才能最终赢市场。而企业赢得顾客的关键,则是善于了解顾客的期望,并通过一定的营销手段引导顾客期望,进而实现顾客满意。

Abstract:In market economy conditions,the enterprise must gain the customers so that it can win the market.While the enterprise must be good at finding out the expection from customers,guide their expectation through certain marketing methods and then realize customers' satisfaction,which is the crux.
