新世纪我国投资银行业务的价值重构

投资银行在市场经济发达的国家已经经历了二三百年的发展历史,并逐步呈现出业务经营混业化、业务重心倾向企业并购和业务操作工程化的趋势。与国外成熟的投资银行运作相比,我国投资银行业存在小而窄、杂而散、多而乱的缺陷。因此,当务之急是借鉴国际经验,重构我国新世纪投资银行业务的战略价值取向。

The Structure of Value on Investment Bank Affairs in Our Country

It`s already been over 200 years since Investment Bank was set up in the developed countries of market economy.There is a tendency of management confusion.The main body of annexed purchase and business operation .Compared to foreign successful investment bank there are some drawbacks in our bank management. So the most important things for us to do is to use for reference of international good experiences and to rebuild the strategic value for our investment bank affairs in new century.
