绿色贸易壁垒与我国对外贸易发展

随着世界各国消费环保意识的加强,绿色消费浪潮在全球兴起,许多国家(尤其是发达国家)依据国际、国内相关法律,以保护环境、维护人类健康为名,纷纷采取“绿色贸易保护措施”限制外来产品输入,由于这些措施比较苛刻,对出口国造成严重影响,从而变成绿色贸易壁垒。我国的出口企业只有突破绿色贸易壁垒,才能促进对外贸易的进一步发展。

The Green Barrier and the Foreign Trade Development of China

With the strengthening of environment protection consciousness all over the world,the concept of green consumption is becoming more and more popular.Many countries,especially the developed countries,according to the international or domestic laws,under the name of environment protection of environment and health,have been taken more and more "green trade protection measures"to limit the import of foreign goods.On many occasions these measures are unnecessary strict and influence the exporting countries greatly,so they have constitute the Green Trade Barrier.The exporting enterprises of our country must find a way to break through the green trade barrier so that we can achieve further development of our foreign trade.
