| 摘 要： | 我国经济增长对城乡总体就业增长的拉动作用是明显的，但就业增长率与经济增长率的变动趋势并不一致。在全球金融危机背景下，以适度的经济增长实现就业的稳定与增长显得尤为重要。根据改革开放以来我国经济周期变化特征，目前我国经济潜在增长率为9．6％，有效促进就业增长的经济适度增长区间应为8．2％－11％。
