| 摘 要： | 关于我国征信机构模式的选择和外国公共征信业对我国的借鉴意义,专家众说纷纭。通过对欧洲及拉美等主要公共征信国家运行模式的分析、比较认为,建立以央行公共征信为主、私营征信为辅的社会征信模式是符合我国国情的必然选择。
