| Abstract: | After analyzing several cities ever experiencing new knowledge based industrialization and high technology development both at home and broad,the author reckons that the growth and leap of new knowledge is the main impetus of domestic new industrialization and urbanization,and advocates to funding New Knowledge City from the beginning to trigger newly emerging industrialization.Under this notion the author examines the requirements to adjust city planning and construction. |
