| 摘 要： | 目前，城市市场处于基本饱和状态，能否全面启动农村市场，扩大内需，不仅关系到陕西省全面小康社会和西部经济强省目标的实现，而且已成为陕西经济持续健康发展的决定性因素。本文通过对当前陕西农村市场现状的分析，揭示了农村消费市场启而不动的主要原因，提出了启动陕西农村消费市场的具体措施。

| Abstract: | At present,the urban market is in the basic saturated condition,could start the rural market in an all-round way,expand domestic demand,not merely concern the realization of the well-off society in an all-round,way of Shaanxi Province and strong province goal of western economy,and has already become the decisive factor of lasting sound development of economy of Shaanxi.This text has announced the main reason that the rural consumer market opens without moving through an analysis of present current situation of rural market of Shaanxi,have put forward the concrete measure of staring the rural consumer market of Shaanxi. |
