当代中国的社会转型,伴随着产业结构、企业规模和劳动力结构的重大变化,劳动关系的内在机制和运行规律也发生了一些变化.在利益关系中产生的矛盾和冲突,构成了体制转型中的社会和谐问题,现存的利益不均衡问题正受到政府与社会的普遍关注.分析和研究劳动关系变化状况和产生的影响,适时进行调整和引导,对进一步推动劳动用工体制改革,促进劳动关系的协调发展有着重要的现实意义.

On Coordinated Labor Relations in Building the Harmonious Society

The current social transition in China has been accompanied by significant transformations in industrial structure, firm size and labor force structure as well as changes in the intrinsic mechanism and operating laws of labor relations. Contradictions and conflicts between interested parties constitute the problem of social harmony in the transition, and the government and society have paid close attention to the existing problem of uneven interests. There is a need to analyze and study changes in labor relations and their implications and make readjustments and offer guidance in due course. This is of great practical significance to further promoting labor and employment reforms and fostering the harmonious development of labor relations.
