| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入世贸组织，国际贸易无论在广度和深度上都进一步扩大，贸易领域的争端和纠纷也逐渐增多，贸易战对双方来说都要付出极为惨痛的代价。美国作为我国最主要的贸易伙伴，在避免国际贸易争端方面有很丰富的实践经验，值得我们深入研究，以最大限度的维护我国的国家利益。

| Abstract: | As our country joins WTO, international trade enlarges further regardless of scope and depth, and the disputes in trading field also grow gradually, trading war will pay out very grievous price for both sides. As the most important trading partner of our country ,American has very rich practice experience in the aspect of avoiding international trading dispute , which deserves us to study further to maintain the national benefit of our country in high limit. |
