| Abstract: | In the drastic marketing competition, it is very difficult to operate well to single mid-small enterprise. As a new form among enterprises, clusters can exert the advantage of our legion mid-small enterprises. They gain economics of scale and flexible management with a low cost. This paper discusses some problems of our existing clusters, and some suggestions to raise clusters' competitive advantage are made too. |
