| Abstract: | There are many problems of China's enterprises in the aspect of social responsibility management,which include lack of organization assurance,aim indefinite,management system confused,etc.The background of "open,responsibility,harmony,challenge" and the facts of China's corporate social responsibility(CSR) management,which lead to the CSR management becomes an important problem. |
