摘    要:目前,由于广西市场对营销人才的需求层次还比较低,导致大量不具备营销专业素质的劳动力涌入市场,极大地压缩了高校营销专业毕业生的就业空间。面对这一形势,高校必须发挥其专业优势,明确人才培养的定位,建立有特色的培养模式,使营销专业毕业生更符合市场的需求。

To Cultivate Marketing Talents for Adapting to the Needs of Guangxi Market

Abstract:At present,the relative low hierarchy of needs for marketing talents in Guangxi market leads to a number of labor force to flood into market,who are not equipped with professional marketing quality.This greatly reduces the employment opportunities of graduates with marketing degrees in HELs.In this case,HEIs must give full play to their specialties, make clear their location on talent cultivation,build characteristic cultivating mode,and make those gradates adapt to the needs of markets.
