摘    要:在当今信息社会,人们个性突出的年代,在一切“以人为本”的潮流下,人们个性化的需求日益突出。旅行社以前那种团队旅游和当今旅游者多样的个性化需求之间产生了很大的矛盾。本文通过分析旅游相关主体-旅游者和旅行社的变化,来说明在新的形势下旅行社如何重新进行其业务结构的调整。

Abstract:In nowadays,information community gives prominences to personality in the wholeness trend-taking the people as the center;the personality demand increasingly looms large.Travel agencies' the former group tour and the diversification personality demand give birth to inconsistency .The text gets across analyzing the transformation of the tour interrelated principal parts-tourists and travel agency,illuminating the adjustment of operation framework how the travel agency acclimatize oneself to the new posture.
