| 摘 要： | 在对产业技术创新的制度环境的内涵和构成要素进行分析的基础上,构建了产业技术创新制度环境的评价指标体系。这一指标体系的建立对于评价国家和地区之间产业技术创新制度环境的优劣具有极为重要的理论和实践意义。
