| 摘 要： | 新农村社区建设是新农村建设的重要方面，而治理模式的选择是影响新农村社区建设的重要因素。由于我国幅员辽阔，各地区存在较大差异性，治理模式不能千篇一律，应该顺应新农村社区治理格局、治理方式、治理机制的发展趋势，因地、因时、因“人”制宜，选择适应国家行政主导推进型治理模式，或者多元主体互动合作型治理模式，或者社区组织与成员自治型治理模式。不断完善新农村社区治理的文化机制、组织机制、法律机制。
