我国中小企业应对国外反倾销的对策——基于案例分析的启示

随着我国出口市场的拓展和出口产品的增加,国外对我国产品的反倾销调查案也在逐渐增加。在反倾销调查中,我国中小企业多数选择不应诉。也有一部分企业,或者通过行业协会,或者企业联合,积极应诉反倾销。通过对韩国对中国一次性打火机以及美国对无锡凤凰有限公司等有代表性的反倾销案例的调查及分析,说明企业面对反倾销调查时不应逃避,要借助各种外部和自身力量积极有效地应诉。

Measures for China's SMEs on Foreign Anti-dumping based on Analysis of Cases

With the development of export markets and export products in China,the anti-dumping investigations on our products are increasing gradually.In anti-dumping investigations,most small and medium-sized enterprises in China choose not responding.There are also some enterprises responded anti-dumping actively though industry association or enterprise jointly.Through some typical anti-dumping cases we deemed that when facing anti-dumping investigation instead of escaping the enterprises should use various external and their own strength to effectively respondent.
