我国政府组织人才选拔和管理机制的发展演变研究

摘    要:我国是世界文明古国之一,在很早以前就建立了政府组织,有着悠久的政府人才选拔历史。从史记上记载的夏代开始,一直到今天,我国政府组织的人才选拔机制从未间断,始终处于探索和发展之中。以历史为脉络,梳理了在不同时期我国政府组织人才选拔机制的制度和特点,能为今天我国政府人才选拔机制的改进和完善提供借鉴。

Abstract:China is one of the ancient civilization countries in the world,the government organizations had existed long time ago.China has a long history about talent selection in government organizations.From Xia dynasty on historical records to now,talent selection mechanism of the government organizations in China has being constructed,explorated and developed.Based on the historical practices of talent selection in China,this paper summarizes the system and characteristics of talent selection mechanism in different periods of Chinese history.The author hopes that this paper can provide reference for improving talent selection mechanism of the government organizations in China.
