| 摘 要： | 本文基于开发性金融原理对中小企业融资的开发性金融支持模式(DFS)的机理、经济效用和运作流程进行了系统分析,研究表明该模式能够使中小企业获得潜在外部利润、扩大中小企业融资的可能性边界、减轻融资双方的信息不对称程度,从而缓解中小企业的融资困境.

| Abstract: | His paper analyze the mechanism, effect and process of development financial support of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research shows that DFS pattern could cause the small and medium-sized enterprise to obtain potential exterior profit, expand the possible boundary of SMEs financing, reduced the extent of asymmetrical information and thus alleviated the financing difficult of SMEs. |
