高职应用型专业人才培养模式的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of Higher Vocational Applied Talents Training Mode

Based on the ＂employment guidance and competence-based＂ vocational school concept as the theoretical basis, combining with the practice of talents cultivation, this paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes ＂3 ＋ 3＂ course modular training mode for higher vocational applied talents of innovation in high vocational institutes, and aiming at development of talent market demand, according to the pIinciple of ＂knowledge for using＂, explains the training process of applied talents and their professional knowledge, ability and quality.
