| Abstract: | Nowadays some western developed countries have taken a series of discriminating trade protective measures in the name of environmental protection, in essence they form new international trade barrier. It is very important to Heilongjiang Province to deal with this situation well. This paper puts forward the countenneasures by analyzing green barriers and the present situation of green food industry in Heilongjiang province. |
