| 摘 要： | 电子商务、逆向物流正逐渐受到企业界重视,正确的逆向物流不仅能够降低逆向物流成本,而且还会提高收入。本文从电子商务环境下第三方逆向物流流程分析出发,分析第三方物流的组成要素,提出了信息系统的网络结构设计和功能设计及实现方案。
