| 摘 要： | 影响党政干部自律的因素是多方面的，主观因素主要表现在政治观念薄弱、价值观念偏斜、意志力薄弱、道德素质低下等方面。客观因素主要表现在制度建设落后，监督制度力不强，受社会环境的负面影响。因此，应采取深改革，进一步完善干部管理措施、加强日常监督、净化用人环境等几个方面来解决这些问题。
