基于工程项目风险分担的合作创新风险管理研究

合作创新作为企业获得技术创新能力的重要途径,已被广泛采用。文章认为,在合作创新风险管理现实过程中,存在着诸如对合作创新风险分担客体认识不足、风险分担主体不明和风险分担不合理等许多问题。文章借鉴工程项目风险分担理论,从风险分担的客体、主体和方法方面探讨了合作创新中存在的风险、风险分担的主体和风险如何分担等问题,提出了从系统风险和非系统风险两方面解决合作创新风险管理问题的方法。

Research on Cooperation Innovation Risk Management Based on Risk Sharing of Project

Cooperation innovation as the important way of obtaining technical innovation ability has been widely adopted.But there are many problems in the process of cooperation innovation risk management,such as lake of understanding of object of cooperation innovation risk sharing,subject of cooperation innovation risk sharing not clearly,risk sharing unreasonably and so on.We discuss the risk in cooperation innovation,the subject of risk sharing and how to share rise based on the object,subject and method of risk sharing,put forward the solution of problems of cooperation innovation risk management.
