防范国际贸易融资风险的对策分析

An Analysis of Preventing International Trade Financing Risks

With the development of our foreign trade and much more fierce competition of banking, financing in international trade has become the key monetary business emphasized by commercial banks. The business has not only brought convenience to the import and export enterprise, but also expanded banking trans actions which is a new increasing point of profit for banks. However, various risks are potential in trade financing practice. If they are not kept in strict control, the trading risks for the import and export enterprise will be transferred to the bank. Therefore, how to control and avoid financing risks in trading becomes the major problem urgent to be solved by the bank in expanding transactions. Especially today when financing innovation is advocated, the problem is prominent. The paper will focus on various risks during trade financing by the bank and furthermore, based on the present circumstance of trade financing risk avoidance for banks, put forward countermeasure from the aspects of organizational structure, management on line of credit, tracking operation and financial circumstance of the import and export enterprise, the foundation of law insurance mechanism of credit assets and improving personality of financing managers.
