摘    要:在知识经济时代,知识型员工作为知识的载体,对现代企业的发展有着巨大作用.对于知识型员工的激励,必须基于马斯洛的五个需要层次理论考虑,充分体现以人为本的思想,通过各种方式去满足其不同层次的需求.只有这样才能真正地吸引人才,留住人才,增强企业的核心竞争力.

Abstract:In acknowledge economy times,knowledge staff as the knowledge carrier,make a huge affection to enterprise's development.According to driving knowledge staff,we must take H.Maslow's"five need levels theory" into consideration.Fully manifested the thought of taking human beings as dominent factors,satisfied different levels' requirement by various function.Only by this way,enterprise can attract and dctain talent people,then improve its essencial competitive ability.
