But after a serial of analyses, the author of this article draws a conclusion that it is not the elements in market but the improper governance that maintains the monopolization in the Chinese telecommunication market. The controls of the government makes the price rigidity when the real cost of the telecommunication is falling. The author also analyses the market performance of the monopolization and governance in the Chinese telecommunication sector and the reasons why the improper governance came out. At last, the author gives some suggestions to speed the telecommunication reform and get the governance right.
