新疆现代农业公共投资的政策选择

作为欠发达地区，新疆农业发展呈现出独特的绿洲农业的区域特性，落后的传统农业与机械化的现代农业相互并存，由于新疆农业具有极强的外部性，加快新疆现代农业的发展，需要国家政策的大力支持以弥补地方财力及公共投资的不足。文章通过对新疆农业投资现状的分析，提出了基于新疆区域特性的现代农业公共投资的政策选择。
