黑龙江省畜禽排泄物污染现状分析及对策

重视畜禽排泄物污染问题是黑龙江省实现畜牧业可持续发展的前提。随着养殖规模的不断扩大,畜禽排泄物的量将大大增加,相应地给水源和土地带来的压力也会越来越大。因此,为了促进畜牧业与环境协调发展,文章在分析黑龙江省畜禽排泄物污染现状的基础上,提出必须从实际出发,运用行政手段、法律手段、经济手段、技术手段等对畜禽排泄物污染加以控制,以实现畜牧业又快又好地发展。

Analysis on Present Conditions and Strategies of Livestock Excrement Pollution in Heilongjiang Province

Attaching more importance to the problem of livestock excreta pollution is the premise of realizing sustained growth of animal husbandry in Heilongjiang Province. With the constant expansion of the scale of farming, the amount of livestock excreta will increase greatly, corresponding to the increasing pressure on water and land. Therefore, in order to promote the coordinated development of animal husbandry and the environment, on the basis of analyzing the status quo of livestock excreta pollution in Heilongjiang Province, the paper suggests that we must control animal excreta pollution proceeding from reality by using administrative means, legal means, economic means and technical means in order to achieve a faster and better development of animal husbandry.
