循环经济可行性的探讨

由于自然资源和能源的特性,决定了人类社会不能无节制地开采。因此,如何有效利用现有资源,如何保持经济可持续发展等重大严峻课题摆在了我们面前。在党的十六届三中、五中全会上,党从宏观层面上提出了可持续发展的战略部署以及建设性的口号"科学发展观"。本文响应这一宏观政策,并从微观层次上通过对理论和流程的分析具体探讨了经济实现可持续循环运行的可行性,并在此基础上提出一些可行性的理论和对策。

Probing into recycling economy's feasibility

As a result of natural resource and energy characteristic,it has decided the human society cannot intemperately mine。Therefore,how effectively uses the existing resources,how maintains the economical sustainable development and so on ,that the significant stern topics suspend in front of us。In party's 16 sessions at the third,fifth CCP plenary conferences,the party proposed the sustainable development strategic plan from the macroscopic stratification plane as well as the constructive slogan "science development view".This article responds this macroscopic policy,and from the micro level specifically discusses the economy to achieve sustainable operation of the feasibility of recycling.And it bases on theoretical analysis and process.What's more,it advances some feasible theory and the countermeasure in this foundation.
